About the role
We are seeking a professional Office Assistant for a 2-month temporary assignment with the potential for extension or permanent consideration based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors
- Track and monitor orders and deliveries
- Process and manage expense-related tasks
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and office staff
- Maintain organized records and assist with day-to-day office operations
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office support experience required
- 5+ years of administrative support experience preferred for higher pay range
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with order tracking and expense management
- Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
