Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support maintenance and ordering of company supplies, food, and beverages, as well as daily stocking of all break rooms and kitchen areas across the facility.
- Handle front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, assisting visitors, managing deliveries, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
- Responsible for the weekly setup of office lunches; assist with other event coordination as requested.
- Auxiliary in internal deliveries, including logging and delivering items to the appropriate recipients.
- Assist with office filing, storage, and document management processes, including faxing, scanning, and copying.
- Greet visitors, follow security protocols, and process visitor request forms, directing guests to the appropriate staff member.
- Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member; take and distribute accurate messages.
- Support teams with various administrative and operational tasks.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service with a high emphasis on a professional and friendly attitude, attire, and demeanor.
- Internet skills including use of email, group messaging, and digital data collection.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
