Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and deliveries in a professional manner
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring stock levels are consistently replenished
  • Keep track of orders and receipts for company purchases
  • Manage kitchen inventory and cleaning supplies
  • Keep office space tidy, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Coordinate with vendors for office services, deliveries and maintenance
  • Handle mail distribution, shipping, and receiving
  • Manage UPS account along with package deliveries to the post office
  • Support administrative AD HOC tasks for executives
  • Ensure new hire workspace is available and ready for first day.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and safety standards
  • Organize staff meals, lunches, and catering arrangements from set up to clean up.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating office events, celebrations, and special occasions
  • Ensure all conference rooms are neatly prepared
  • Office communications and TV signage

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Excellent communication and vendor coordination skills
  • Proactive problem-solving and time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willing and able to commute to Clifton NJ

Onsite
Monday – Thursday
9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Flexibility as needed
