As an Office Assistant/Archive Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting the Department Supervisor with a variety of administrative functions. Your primary responsibility will be coordinating historical document preservation and archival records management, ensuring that important county records are maintained and accessible for future generations. This position involves performing complex, senior-level clerical and administrative duties, requiring a comprehensive understanding of departmental programs, procedures, and policies.

Pay
$19.89 per hour under a collective bargaining agreement.
