Answer telephones and complete duplication requests
Receive incoming correspondence
Open, time or date stamp, sort, file, distribute, pick up mail
Deliver and retrieve information to/from courts, agencies, vendors, and other outside contacts
Transfer and code data from a variety of sources with accuracy and consistency
Transfers data from correspondence, documents, memorandums, etc. to a manual or automated docketing system
Maintain historical information
Prepare folders and label for new cases or files
Determine appropriate space allotment for files or cases
Dispose of information
Review document retirement schedules
Identify an aging schedule for files or cases
Review legal requirements for disposition
Typing and computer skills
Familiarity with a variety of office machines
Lifting capacity
