About the role
Join Our Team as an Office Administrative Assistant at Johnson Electric! Location: [Plymouth, MI] (onsite) Vacancy Type: Existing position Travel: Minimal / As required
Responsibilities
- Support management with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Plan and coordinate executive and corporate visits
- Enter purchase requisitions and manage administrative transactions
- Process invoices and support financial documentation workflows
- Affiliate in planning corporate events in collaboration with HR and other teams
- Maintain meeting rooms, office supplies, and office equipment
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and coordinate light shipping activities
- Monitor office security systems and ensure proper procedures are followed
- Support general clerical, recordkeeping, and communication tasks
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle
- Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders
- Experience coordinating events or corporate visits
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
