What You’ll Do:
- Keep the office running like a well-oiled machine—answering phones, scheduling jobs, managing calendars, and supporting the team.
- Aid with billing, invoices, timecards, and other administrative tasks.
- Process Certified PR reports
- Handle new license request/renewals
- Support the recording of billings
- Assist with collections
- Prepare prequalification packets for new construction
- Enroll projects into OCIP/CIP programs
What You Bring:
- 2+ years in an administrative or office support role (bonus points if it's in construction, service, or fire protection).
- Excellent communication skills—phone, email, and face-to-face.
- A knack for staying organized and handling multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
- Comfort with office software like Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and scheduling platforms.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset.
