Responsibilities
- Process open records requests.
- Work in systems such as the Kentucky Offender Management System (KOMS), Court-Net, E-Warrants and the Kentucky Sex Offender Registry System (SOR).
- Review inmate records for transfers.
- Schedule and maintain trips and logs.
- Work directly with the Office of the Courts and Court Officials as well as Local and State Police.
- Complete sentence calculations.
- Compile various reports.
- Respond to inquiries.
- Education: Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.

- Substitute Education for Experience: None.
- Substitute Experience for Education: Administrative, legal, paralegal, law enforcement, or offender records work experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
