Off-Page SEO Specialist: Guest Posting & Link Building

Job Summary

Matter Solutions is an SEO agency based in Australia. We are seeking an Off-Page SEO Specialist to manage guest posting and link building activities for our international clientele.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify relevant websites for guest posts and link placements based on relevance, quality, traffic, and domain metrics.
• Run outreach to website owners, brokers, and editors via email, including pitching, following up, and building long-term relationships.
• Negotiate placements and pricing, ensuring that links are placed correctly and tracking their performance in our systems.
• Coordinate the creation of guest post content to meet the requirements of the host site and our clients.
• Use SEO tools such as Ahrefs and internal AI tools to assess site quality and report on link acquisition.
• Work with the Team Lead to refine outreach strategies, templates, and results over time.
• Support the Technical SEO team with administrative tasks, including adding and checking automated audits and monitoring.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and SEO.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong skills in off-page SEO, SEO optimization, and technical SEO.
