About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Outreach & Link Building Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. This role focuses on researching websites, building relationships with publishers and organizations, and helping improve the online authority of our websites through ethical, white-hat link building. No advanced SEO experience is required. Full training, processes, and templates will be provided. We are looking for individuals who are organized, reliable, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Research websites for potential backlink opportunities.
• Find resource pages, blogs, organizations, universities, charities, and industry websites.
• Collect and verify contact information for website owners and editors.
• Send personalized outreach emails using approved templates.
• Follow up with website contacts professionally.
• Maintain outreach records and update spreadsheets/CRM systems.
• Research competitor backlinks using SEO tools.
• Identify broken link opportunities.
• Assist with guest post outreach campaigns.
• Build partnerships with relevant organizations and websites.
• Perform internet research using Google and SEO tools.
• Work closely with the SEO team to improve website authority.
• Follow documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Meet daily research and outreach targets.
