OFCI Process Equipment Manager - Data Center

Responsibilities

  • Support the tracking and coordination of OFCI equipment throughout procurement, delivery and turnover
  • Communicate with owners, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure equipment readiness and delivery aligns with project needs
  • Maintain accurate logs, datasets and documentation for all OFCI items
  • Aid in receipt, inspection, and onsite storage coordination of Electrical and Mechanical equipment
  • Support the field team to ensure handling and installation meet manufacturer requirements and project specifications
  • Identify and escalate issues related to delivery delays, damage, or installation conflicts
  • Manage workload and performance of direct reports, ensuring alignment with overall company standards
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment to motivate and engage team members

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Hyperscale data center field construction experience
  • Equipment coordination experience
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience
  • Field leadership skills; planning, coordinating, and execution; supporting daily field activities of trade contractors specific to equipment handling
  • OSHA 30-hour construction outreach certification is preferred

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong technical and communication skills
  • Knowledge of industry standard software, Microsoft Office (preferred)

Benefits

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.

For Ohio this ranges from $110,000-$165,000 plus benefits and retirement program.
