About the Role

As a Maddox OEM Purchasing Representative, you will report to the Supplier Relations Manager under the direction of the OEM Purchasing Team Lead in a fast-paced procurement environment. Your responsibilities will include ensuring Maddox procures the “right” units, from the “right” OEMs, in the “right” quantities, and at the “right” time to meet customer expectations.

You will also represent Maddox at high-profile trade shows, visit and onboard new suppliers, and collaborate with OEM Purchase Order Coordinators to resolve supply-related issues. When significant order milestones or roadblocks occur, you will notify and work with Customer Service, Sales, and Leadership teams to provide solutions.
