Job Purpose
We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to plan and deliver change activities that support successful adoption of business processes and technology initiatives.
What do I need to be successful?
- 5+ years of experience supporting organizational change initiatives (technology and/or process), project delivery, communications, or training enablement.
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience delivering change management activities for technology and/or process initiatives (or a mix of PM and OCM experience), with a minimum of three years focused specifically on OCM.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with common OCM tools and deliverables (stakeholder analysis, impact and readiness assessments, communications and training plans, resistance management, and reinforcement).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Able to work independently with limited supervision.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Change management certification preferred (e.g., Prosci ADKAR or equivalent).
Work Environment
- This position will be remote, working in a home office environment.
- Travel required up to 60% of time to various mill locations and our Nashville, TN HQ.
- Travel may occasionally include weekends.
- Travel required to support project deployments and stakeholder engagement.
