OCM Specialist

Job Purpose

We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to plan and deliver change activities that support successful adoption of business processes and technology initiatives.

What do I need to be successful?

• 5+ years of experience supporting organizational change initiatives (technology and/or process), project delivery, communications, or training enablement.
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience delivering change management activities for technology and/or process initiatives (or a mix of PM and OCM experience), with a minimum of three years focused specifically on OCM.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with common OCM tools and deliverables (stakeholder analysis, impact and readiness assessments, communications and training plans, resistance management, and reinforcement).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Able to work independently with limited supervision.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Change management certification preferred (e.g., Prosci ADKAR or equivalent).

Work Environment

• This position will be remote, working in a home office environment.
• Travel required up to 60% of time to various mill locations and our Nashville, TN HQ.
• Travel may occasionally include weekends.
• Travel required to support project deployments and stakeholder engagement.
