About the role
The Contractor shall assist OCIO provide infrastructure, data, and applications to support all stakeholders in making the F-35 Enterprise more lethal, survivable, supportable, and affordable. You will be part of a dynamic team of F-35 JPO analysts who works closely with the customer and other key F-35 National Security and Allied stakeholders to deliver quality F-35 systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist OCIO in centralizing JPO data in a Master Data Management (MDM) platform
- Support application development
- Inject innovation into the organization’s environment to improve operations and performance
- Aid in the unclassified cloud transformation, providing the JPO with cloud-based hosting of day-to-day IT services and shifting JPO business IT services into the cloud environment
- Oversee software architecture alignment, software engineering, and establishing and maintaining a Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) environment for use across JPO PMOs and partners
- Ensure the JPO is provided with classified, collateral, and SAP IT, focusing on dependability, reliability, scalability, increased maneuverability, and interoperability within classified IT cloud environments
Requirements
- Ability to provide onsite support at Crystal City, Arlington, VA, F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) location no less than 2-days per week, each week
- Active Secret clearance
- Experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or an associate degree plus four additional years of experience (ten years total)
- Familiarity with DoD Instruction (DoDI) 5000.2 (Operation of the Defense Acquisition System)
- Demonstrated knowledge of Service and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBE, life-cycle management of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series)
- Demonstrated knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of system acquisition to plan, organize, and coordinate critical aspects of the development, production, deployment, and sustainment of systems, subsystems, and equipment
- Demonstrated knowledge of the system equipment life-cycle phases and the documentation, analyses, and reviews associated with those phases
- Strong analytical skills demonstrating the ability to define, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make logical decisions
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Qualifications
- Experience of working in a Systems Program Office
- Experience of creating products and working in Microsoft Office Suite- Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (data types, formulas and functions in the workbooks), Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft TEAMS
- Demonstrated experience working effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
