What You’ll Work On

• Provide Programmatic support for, Enterprise Training Event Coordination and Execution
• Contract Analysis or Negotiations
• Training Device Development, Production, and Sustainment Issues
• Congressionally Mandated Reporting (CMR)
• Congressionally Mandated Reporting (CMR) - Coalition Training Policy Matters
• Digital Delivery of Training Products
• Coordination, Support, and Execution of Classified Networks
• Review Basis of Estimate (BOE) Submissions
• Engage in Final Contract Negotiations
• Provide CPAR or IPAR Feedback and Inputs
• Coordinate, Support, and Execute F-35 Training Stakeholder Forums and Enterprise-wide Conferences
• Coordinate and Assist with Programmatic or Financial Data Calls and Information Requests
• Facilitate Discussion and Slide Deck Development for Briefings
• Conduct Contract Deliverable (CDRL) Analysis
• Compile Monthly CDRL Reports
• Review and Compare Metrics or Targets
• Report Results to Leadership
• Assist in Drafting F-35 Training Policy Guidance Memorandums
• Monitor Pilot Training Mailbox
• Distribute RFI or Actions to Appropriate Action Officer

What You Bring

• 10+ Years of Experience in Pilot Training Support
• Experience with Designing and Coordinating Digital Delivery of Pilot Courses or Training Courses
• Ability to Travel Up to 25% of the Time

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree

Nice If You Have:

• 10+ Years of Experience as Air Crew
• Experience with Aviation Training
• Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Problem-Solving Skills

Compensation

Salary Range: $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD)

Work Model

• Remote: Occasional Onsite Required
• Hybrid: Frequently Onsite
• Onsite: Primary Location at Booz Allen Office or Customer Facility
