F-35 FMS Logistics and Sustainment Analyst, Senior

About the role
In this role, you’ll directly support the logistic and sustainment manager and program manager by leading the planning and presentations for working groups, logistics readiness reviews, and key integrated logistic support engagements. You’ll also serve in a lead role alongside program leadership to drive and achieve logistics support objectives, including lifecycle support, configuration data management, reliability, maintainability and availability, and interfacing with the foreign client. This is a chance to directly impact Department of Defense initiatives while learning how to develop program strategy and eliminate risks across projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and presentations for working groups, logistics readiness reviews, and key integrated logistic support engagements
- Drive and achieve logistics support objectives, including lifecycle support, configuration data management, reliability, maintainability, and availability
- Interface with foreign clients to support international F-35 program initiatives
- Interpret complex numerical and written data to determine analysis
- Prepare and present convincing verbal and written presentations to government and industry management to justify deviations from sustainment policy and defend modifications to approved plans
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working with Department of Defense (DoD) projects involving foreign nations
- Experience with international agreements and projects
- Experience with acquisition logistics
- Knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of aircraft system acquisition to plan, organize, and coordinate critical aspects of development, production, and deployment
- Knowledge of aircraft system equipment lifecycle phases
- Knowledge of federal laws and DoD regulations dealing with acquisition, logistics, and foreign military sales
- Ability to interpret complex numerical and written data
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with foreign counterparts, including in the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility
- Experience with integration analysis for the implementation and deployment of F-35 Logistics and Sustainment
- Experience as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) involving Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs
- Experience working with data analytics and tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of supporting aircraft, weapon systems, training, and program management
- Knowledge of Security Assistance (SA) and Security Cooperation (SC) programs, including the FMS sales process (case development, implementation, execution, and closure)
- Ability to speak, read, write, and explain aviation topics in a critical Middle Eastern language
- Excellent diplomatic skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Management, or Finance
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A Secret clearance is required.

Pay
Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).

Work model expectations:
- Remote: Generally expected to have cameras on during virtual meetings. May occasionally require in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
- Hybrid: Expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, with potential visits to customer facilities.
- Onsite: Work primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, collaborating directly with colleagues and customers.
