About the role

As a F-35 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program management specialist, you will support a project from concept to completion, ensuring it stays on track with limited resources.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of F-35 foreign military sales
  • Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting
  • Help with tactical planning using MS Project and interact with the F-35 FMS country team, industry, and foreign liaison officers
  • Communicate effectively to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience working with projects involving foreign nations
  • Experience with international agreements and projects
  • Experience with acquisition logistics and program management
  • Knowledge of program management and acquisition principles, policies, and practices
  • Understanding of federal laws and DoD regulations related to acquisition, logistics, and foreign military sales
  • Ability to interpret complex numerical and written data for analysis
  • Able to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Eligible for a Secret clearance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

Skills

  • Experience working with foreign counterparts, especially in the CENTCOM area of responsibility
  • Experience with integration analysis for F-35 logistics and sustainment
  • Experience as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for FMS programs
  • Experience with data analytics and tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Knowledge of supporting aircraft, weapon systems, training, and program management
  • Knowledge of Security Assistance (SA) and Security Cooperation (SC) programs, including the FMS sales process
  • Ability to prepare and present convincing verbal and written presentations to government and industry management
  • Excellent diplomatic skills
  • Fluency in a critical Middle Eastern language

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Employees may be required to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role.
