As our Closing & Listing Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps our real estate listings, closings, and sales support operations running smoothly. From the excitement of a new listing to the celebration of a successful closing, you’ll help make it all happen!

Responsibilities

• Keep the Listings Looking Great! Oversee property listings, coordinate photos, and make sure our properties are showcased accurately and professionally.
• Make Closings Happen! Coordinate with closing attorneys, financial institutions, and other key players to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely real estate transactions.
• Master the Details! Manage closing paperwork, property transfers, commission calculations, and other important administrative details that keep our sales department on track.
• Lead the Team! Provide leadership and support to our sales support team, helping everyone stay organized, efficient, and ready for success.
• Keep Everything Picture-Perfect! Coordinate listing updates, property photographs, inspections, and essential sales documentation.
• Deliver Exceptional Service! Help create a welcoming, professional experience for our property owners, buyers, guests, and team members.
