Responsibilities
- Cook up full-cycle of ocean import shipments from origin country to final destinations.
- Prepare and review import documentation for Import customs clearance.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FMC, and other regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal departments.
- Track, trace, and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processing.
- Issue delivery orders and coordinate final-mile delivery with trucking companies.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry in the internal system.
Qualifications
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Korean & English bilingual.
- Experience in ocean import operations or international freight forwarding preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ocean freight documentation, Incoterms, and customs processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Pay
$24.04 - $28.85 an hour depending on experience and qualifications.
