Occupational Therapy (OT) Supervisor – Skilled Nursing Facility – Full time – Independent Contractor

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents admitted for sub‑acute rehabilitation
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and support Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Participate in care planning and discharge discussions

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in New York
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in SNF or sub‑acute rehab preferred
• New grads with a passion for geriatrics encouraged to apply
• Bilingual ability is a plus
