Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team management, including scheduling, training, and communication
• Provide direct patient care, understanding individual physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery
• Champion small victories
• Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification per state requirements
• CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program
• Minimum three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with at least two years of clinical practice
• Preferably active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding specialty certifications
