Responsibilities
- Implementing customized rehabilitation plans tailored to patient needs
- Managing ADR and appeal processes effectively
- Participating in state survey preparation
- Engaging in outcome tracking and analysis to enhance clinical excellence
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance protocols
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive risk management strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field
- Current licensure to practice in the state(s) where work will be performed
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a SNF environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
