Cross Country Education is seeking a local contract Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a local contract job in Surprise, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to support students' educational and functional goals.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic activities to improve students' fine motor, sensory, and functional skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student progress and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
- Adapt interventions and assistive strategies to meet the unique needs of assigned students in the school setting.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapy Assistant License
- Previous school-based experience providing occupational therapy services to students
- Active Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
