Job Summary

Louisville East Post Acute is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant for PRN work through the week Monday - Friday. Join us and share in the joy of LEPA being named as one of Newsweek’s Best Nursing Homes of 2025!

Responsibilities

• Assisting Occupational Therapists with Resident treatments throughout the facility, in Pathways TBI, Sub acute Rehab and LTC Units.
• Observing and ensuring compliance with regulations governing the facility.
• Supporting the Director of Therapy as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of Kentucky.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Experience in post-acute care setting preferred.

31.00 - 35.00 USD Hourly
