About the Role
Provides home-based occupational therapy to help patients restore their physical abilities.
Responsibilities
- Follow state laws and the treatment plan set by the supervising OT.
- Instruct and assist patients within scope of practice.
- Observe and report patient responses and condition changes.
- Educate patients, families, and care team members.
- Provide care regardless of patient demographics.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
