About the Role

Provide occupational therapy to patients in home care settings.

Responsibilities

• Follow state-specific laws and treatment plans set by supervising OT.
• Instruct and assist patients with evidence-based therapy within scope.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses and condition changes.
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members on therapy techniques.
• Adapt to diverse home environments and patient needs.

Key Duties

• Deliver occupational therapy services.
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
• Document patient progress.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation.
