About the Role

Provide occupational therapy to patients in home care settings.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and treatment plans set by supervising OT.
• Instruct and assist patients in evidence-based therapy within legal scope.
• Observe, document, and report patient responses and condition changes.
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members on therapy methods.
• Adapt to diverse home environments and patient needs.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation.

Preferred Skills

• CPR certification.
• Multitasking and independent work ability.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
