Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) PRN

About the role

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist. Assist patients in achieving their functional goals through therapeutic activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in performing daily living activities
• Teach patients exercises to improve strength, coordination, and mobility
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
