Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - PRN

About the role

We're looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled rehab team. This PRN COTA will help patients regain strength, balance, and confidence following illness, injury, surgery, or decline — all while delivering care you can be proud of.

Responsibilities

• Help patients regain strength, balance, and confidence following illness, injury, surgery, or decline
• Deliver high-quality care in a supportive, family-oriented environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Assess patient needs and progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies

Requirements

• Graduate of an AOTA-accredited OTA program
• Certified (or eligible) through NBCOT
• Active Missouri COTA license
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude
• Team-player mindset
• SNF experience is a plus, but not required
