Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - PRN

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with their treatment plans
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment programs
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

• Graduate of an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program and initially certified or eligible for certification by the NCBOT
• Tennessee COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) license
• Reliable transportation
• A positive attitude
• Team player
• Prior SNF experience a plus
