About the role
We currently have a full-time COTA opening at our skilled nursing facility in Kingsford, MI.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic interventions to patients to promote independence and functional improvement
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Assess patient needs and progress regularly to adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately and timely
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements
- Mi occupational therapy license required
- Occupational Therapy Assistant Degree required
