About the role

We are seeking a Full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic team in Beavercreek, OH.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote independence and functional mobility in patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

• Active state license as a COTA.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
