About the role

We are seeking a Full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic team in Pinckney, Michigan.

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence and quality of life for patients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Assess patient needs and progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
  • Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

  • Active state license as a COTA.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Experience working in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
