About the role
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care under the supervision of a licensed therapist. Assist patients with ADLs, transfers, and mobility. Perform therapeutic activities and exercises to promote physical health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with ADLs, transfers, and mobility
- Perform therapeutic activities and exercises to promote physical health and wellness
- Document patient progress and communicate with supervising therapists
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of an accredited COTA program
- Current CPR certification
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for providing patient-centered care
