About the Role
Provides home-based occupational therapy to help patients regain their physical abilities.
Responsibilities
- Follow state laws and treatment plans set by the supervising OT.
- Instruct and assist patients in evidence-based therapies within legal scope.
- Monitor, document, and report patient responses and condition changes.
- Educate patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members about therapy.
- Adapt to diverse home environments ensuring equitable care.
Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in the practice state.
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to public transportation.
- Certification and good standing with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (if applicable).
- Preferred: CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Pay
