About the Role

The Occupational Therapist Assistant - Per Diem provides home-based occupational therapy to patients, aiming to restore their physical abilities in a culture that emphasizes caring, connecting, and mutual growth.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and treatment plans set by the supervising OT.
• Instruct and assist patients with evidence-based therapy within legal scope.
• Observe, document, and report patient responses and condition changes.
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members on therapy techniques.

Requirements

• Current OT Assistant licensure in the practice state.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments.
• Preferred: CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
