Responsibilities
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in the provision of rehabilitative services to patients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessment and therapist direction.
- Provide direct patient care, including physical assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions.
Requirements
- Current license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
- Experience in geriatric care is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of patients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field preferred.
- Completion of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
Skills
- Proficiency in using medical software and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and environments.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Pay
Pay: state range $28 to $38 per hour.

Schedule: 40 hours per week.
