Responsibilities
- Perform delivery of care following occupational therapy plans of care, ensuring prescribed treatments meet standards set by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and state regulations.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to support staff.
- Promote occupational therapy services and support professional development within the organization and community.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Active Occupational Therapist Assistant license in Kansas.
- CPR certification; BLS certification required within 14 days of hire.
Qualifications
Preferred: Previous experience in medical or rehabilitation settings.
