About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care in a hospital setting, helping patients improve daily living and functional skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Support discharge planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes using evidence-based interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active license in Virginia
• At least two years of hospital experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience with early mobilization
• ADL retraining
• Splinting
• Cognitive interventions
• Familiarity with electronic medical records

Schedule

• Five-day schedule with 10-hour shifts
• Possible floating to nearby facilities
