Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services in a skilled nursing facility, helping patients improve daily skills related to injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. Key Responsibilities Deliver therapy services five days a week in a skilled nursing setting.Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.Document patient progress accurately in electronic medical records. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license.Experience working in a skilled nursing facility.BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
