About the role

We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' needs and develop treatment plans to help them regain or improve daily skills.
  • Provide hands-on therapy sessions to patients in home health settings.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
  • Document progress and communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARCO.
  • Oregon Occupational Therapist license.
  • CPR.
  • Home health experience required.

Schedule

Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No weekend or on-call requirement.
