Assignment Details

  • Weekly Hours Guarantee: 32 hours per week
  • Coverage Areas: Franklin County, and portions of Madison and Delaware Counties
  • Mileage reimbursement provided between visits from first patient to last patient
  • On Call/Weekend Requirement: None

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
  • Home health experience required
  • Experience providing OT services in patients' homes, including assessment, plan of care development, and oversight of OTAs
  • Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) electronic medical record preferred
  • Ability to travel within assigned coverage areas, including Franklin County and parts of Madison and Delaware Counties
  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred: strong communication and customer service skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask
