Assignment Details

- Weekly Hours Guarantee: 32 hours per week
- Coverage Areas: Franklin County, and portions of Madison and Delaware Counties
- Mileage reimbursement provided between visits from first patient to last patient

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Home health experience required
- Experience providing OT services in patients' homes, including assessment, plan of care development, and oversight of OTAs
- Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) electronic medical record preferred
- Ability to travel within assigned coverage areas, including Franklin County and parts of Madison and Delaware Counties
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree
- Preferred: strong communication and customer service skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask
