Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide home health services, helping patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities improve their daily skills in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy in patients’ homes
• Work in a home health facility with minimal onboarding
• Accept assignments and support patient recovery

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Ohio OT license
• Home health experience
• BLS certification
• Current clinical references
• Ability to complete background screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel or contract experience
• Familiarity with home health documentation software
