Responsibilities

• Conduct standardized evaluations
• Set measurable functional goals
• Implement and adjust treatment plans
• Collaborate with medical teams
• Provide direct patient care with scheduled 45-minute appointments each hour

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active California OT license
• BLS certification
• Experience with outpatient therapy and individualized patient care required

Preferred

• Hospital outpatient rehab experience
• Familiarity with reassessment protocols
