About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient care, helping patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities improve their daily skills. The role involves one-on-one treatment for senior residents in independent and assisted living communities, typically treating about 8 residents daily without group sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized therapy to enhance patient independence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active State License
• BLS Certification (may be required)
• Experience in outpatient, one-on-one care
