About the role
Assist patients in regaining or improving daily skills in a healthcare setting. You will serve a patient population of approximately 10 skilled and 30 long-term care patients in an 84-bed facility, utilizing EMR systems such as Net Health and PCC.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy to skilled and long-term care patients
- Document and manage patient records using EMR systems (Net Health, PCC)
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state license in Occupational Therapy
- BLS certification (may be required)
- Experience with skilled nursing, long-term care, and EMR systems
Schedule
Work at least five days a week with flexible scheduling.
