Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide home health services, helping patients improve daily living skills after injuries or illnesses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Start of Care, evaluations, recertifications, and treatment visits in a home environment
• Provide patient assessments and treatment planning
• Deliver therapy services in Fairfield, Perry, and Hocking counties

Requirements

• Accredited degree in Occupational Therapy (Associate's minimum)
• Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license
• At least one year of home health experience
• Proficiency with HCHB documentation
• BLS certification may be required

Qualifications

• Lymphedema therapy experience is preferred

Schedule

Daytime shift from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
