About the Role
Join as a travel Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care in home health and outpatient settings across the Twin Cities, mainly in the south and western suburbs.
Responsibilities
- Help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain daily living skills
- Conduct home safety evaluations
- Provide ADL (Activities of Daily Living) retraining
- Recommend adaptive equipment
- Thorough documentation of patient progress and care plans
- Effective communication with interdisciplinary teams
- Adaptability to travel between client locations
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Minnesota OT license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (possibly required)
Qualifications
Experience with home health or outpatient OT, especially for adults and seniors, is preferred.
