Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient clinical services, helping patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities improve daily skills in a 13-week assignment based in Sartell, MN.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress accurately
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and support

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Minnesota state license
• Pelvic health certification (Herman & Wallace or APTA)
• Previous clinical experience in pelvic health
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Willingness to supervise students and support professional growth

Schedule

Full-time, 5x8 shift pattern (five 8-hour days per week).
