About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility in scenic central Washington. The area offers outdoor activities, a historic downtown, and easy access to national parks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Help patients regain or improve daily living and working skills
- Work with individuals affected by injuries, illnesses, or disabilities
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Washington State Occupational Therapy license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in long-term care or with NetHealth/PCC charting systems is preferred
Schedule
Full-time, weekday shifts.
